1999 'C' Corps Members General guidelines for participation Participants of the 'C' drum and bugle corps are between the ages of eight and 13, and should reside in Contra Costa, Solano, or Alameda County. Attendance is required at each rehearsal and performance. No experience is required for participation, but we do expect each participant to work hard and have a good attitude.
