Vaccine Requirement

All performers must be vaccinated or in the process of being vaccinated (first shot completed) by the audition date. Proof of vaccination will be required.

  1. Please complete the BDPA Vaccination Form before your arrival
  2. Please print, complete, and bring this form with you to check-in: BDPA Medical Form

Program Fees

Your financial obligation to the Blue Devils for the season and the exact timeline of events will be communicated at later date.
